How We Got Your Information

As soon you get into our website, certain kinds of information will be tracked and kept within the website.

This happens just like anywhere in the Internet. This is done by using something called cookies and often times, we use these cookies to provide better user experience, marketing and promotional purposes.

We only are getting basic information like:

  • when you come to our website
  • when you leave our website
  • the website where you are coming from before coming to our website
  • the website you go after leaving our website
  • your computer operating system
  • the type of web browser

As you can see, we need all these information to customize the website, the products and services for the majority of you.

For example, if all of the sudden, most of my visitors are coming from China, then I might have to create a version that suits that market.

Anyway, the information that you posted in our website or the e-mails that you might send to me will be used for marketing or promotional purposes as well.

Although my intention is still to help you, acne sufferers, as much as I could, this is still a business.

Furthermore, if the more acne sufferers come to me because of your information, I think it’s a good thing since you gave me the chance to guide them to their acne freedom lifestyle.

I hope you can understand what I am trying to do here.

If you really do not want to provide me with such information, it’s ok but depending on the information that you trying to withhold from me, I might have to restrict certain access to some or all of the content of this website.

For example, I am having a product that you are interested in but you do not want to disclose information to our payment processors, be it credit card, debit card, check, money orders or anything that can be used to pay us to purchase the products.

Obviously, I can’t give you the access to my product without payment, right?

Anyway, if you did provide us information, including billing address, telephone number and others related to the transaction, I might use this information in the future but I won’t use it or share it with others without your permission.

(Unless the law forces me to disclose, I have all the rights to keep your information with me to protect you)

Of course, such information is used to bring my business to the next level or to increase customer’s satisfaction, namely you.

What We Do With Your Information

I did mention a little about how we use your information just now but let me recap it and include those that I have not mentioned here:

  • Obviously, your information will be used to run the business activities.
  • Contact you about things like changes or updates in the website, broadcast on the new products, or anything of the sort.
  • If the third party suppliers, such as autoresponder, need your information, you will be asked by them so that you give them permission to do so in order to receive the service that I purchase from them.

However, the information will be given from me after they got your permission.

So, you don’t have to give any information for them.

I will give only the necessary.

Remember, never give any of your information to them.

Anyway, for the autoresponder, you can opt-in and opt-out anytime you want to in each autoresponder messages.

Your Own Personal Information

Do not ever share your username and password with others.

Although our website can protect your username and password, it’s pointless if you share it, right?

Furthermore, if you somehow knew other people’s username or password, do not share it with others without his or her consent and our permission.

No Spams

No one likes spams, or at least I don’t. So, do not spam in any of the communication systems in our website.

Additionally, unless your offers provide value to the users in our website, you are not allowed to post anything that is related with sales, obscene and offensive contents.

Anyway, this is the same as anti-spam policy.

Third Parties that Are Not Our Suppliers

Although I can’t imagine how (since I am pretty sure that all of our third parties are our suppliers), I have to give you a warning.

If you just so happened to be asked to provide information to another third party from using our website, please be careful since their actions cannot be restricted by our privacy policy and terms of use once you have given your information.

Their privacy policies and terms of use are most likely different than ours, so proceed with caution because Internet is full of scams.

This Policy Can Change Anytime

The terms of this policy can change anytime, for any reason, without any notice.

If there is any change, I will notify you via e-mail or a post in our website.

If you disagree with the changes, you can contact us (by e-mail, contact form or help desk).

Although most likely there won’t be any major changes in this policy, I know this sounds unfair or serious but who knows what will happen and I need to do whatever I can to protect myself and maybe even you.

Anyway, I will put the date of the policy last updated below.
